Why we built Taloven

I kept seeing the same thing happen. A genuinely strong candidate would apply to a role, tailor their CV for hours, hear nothing back, and have no idea whether a human ever saw it. The CV would disappear, and there was nothing to show for the effort.

Most of that comes down to the format. A CV is a static document. It gets filtered by keyword-matching software before a person reads it, it can't be updated once it's sent, and it can't show your work the way it actually looks.

Build something that's actually yours

Taloven is a free website builder for your career: pick a template, customise the colours and layout, add your projects and experience, and publish it at your own link. No re-uploading the same CV to a dozen different systems. Just one link you put on your CV, on LinkedIn, in your email signature, and it keeps working for you.

It's free, and it stays free. Not a trial, not a limited tier that nudges you toward upgrading. Building, customising, and hosting your portfolio shouldn't cost candidates anything, and it never will on Taloven.

What comes next

Down the line, you'll be able to save your deal breakers (salary, right to work, location) so you're ready to be headhunted the moment matching goes live. That's coming, not built yet. For now, the focus is simple: make it effortless to build something that actually represents you.
