Why Taloven exists
Stop being a CV. Start being a brand.
We built Taloven from London because a CV doesn't show what you can actually do. It's a flat list of job titles and dates, skimmed for a few seconds before anyone decides whether to look closer.
It can't show your projects the way they actually look, it can't be updated once it's sent, and it was never built to show how you actually think or build.
That gap is measurable, not just a hunch. Nominet research found that 88% of HR professionals are more likely to hire or move forward with a candidate who demonstrates their experience through a portfolio, yet only 31% of candidates actually have one. Hiring is moving away from credentials alone, too: Google now treats its own Career Certificates as equivalent to a four-year degree for related roles, part of a wider shift toward skills-based hiring. A portfolio is how you prove what you can do, instead of just claiming it.
Taloven flips that. You build a portfolio once, a real website with your own link, so your actual work, your personal brand, gets showcased and seen: on your CV, on LinkedIn, in your email signature. No re-uploading the same flat document into a hundred different systems.
